After-Math…
Hello Everyone. The title of this entry is very appropriate for how I am experiencing life these days.
The phrase, “one day at a time”, has taken on new meaning for me in a major way.
Let me explain. See, somewhere it says something to the effect of “Life is like the wind, you know not where it comes from or where it is going.” That, to me, means to stay present and attentive to your self and everyone around you. Amen. W may not know why things are as they are, we may want to change them, but always stay attentive to others and find where you fit in. Amen. More on that later.
Recently, I have continued to play at the gallery in Galveston, near where I live. It has been going very well and I enjoy it thoroughly. My hope is that I can grow something from this experience. What do I want to grow? A comfortable lifestyle in which I get the chance to enjoy the company of others and build lasting relationships. Monetary success would be nice to have, but isn’t the most important thing to me. All I need is enough to be comfortable. Amen.
Ah, should share, my artwork will be on display again soon at the same gallery I play for. I hope it will be seen my many people and that I will have a chance to build my clientele. In other words, find support for my artistic endeavors, with monetary gain a plus. I have always wondered how far my art will go. For now, I have had a number of commissions over the years and it can be found on display in my client’s homes. But beyond commissions, will my art ever make it into a gallery for say a solo show? That would be really fun for me. I hope I get the chance to do that one day. Amen. Will keep you posted on how that goes.
Ah, violin is going very well. I practice it pretty much everyday, except when other things come up. For instance, starting last Saturday, I went on a tear with my visual art. It lasted until Wednesday night. Thursday, I went back in to the gallery to play some classical music. This is life. Amen. Done. True.
I am very happy these days and the picture of life becomes clearer and clearer everyday that goes by. I hope the same for you and yours. Amen.

Ah, am hoping to make some progress on this website soon. Am wanting to sell more cards and artwork this way. Amen. Wish me luck!!!
